Peter Gyllenhammar

Peter Gyllenhammar is executive chairman and beneficial owner of Bronsstadet AB. He is domiciled in Stockholm, Sweden and has a background as a stockbroker, corporate finance advisor to a number of major Swedish industrial companies and also as an investor in various assets and businesses predominantly in Sweden and the UK. Since the late 1990's Peter Gyllenhammar has pursued numerous investments in UK micro/small cap companies, which has also involved the full takeover of a number of public entities.

Jan G Holmstrom
Non-executive Director
Jan Holmstrom was appointed to the Board on 26 May 2010. Jan has spent his career in reinsurance and operational management in Stockholm, London and Hong Kong. He is currently the Managing Director of Browallia AB and a Director of Browallia Holdings Limited, both part of Bronsstadet Group which is the property and investment group controlled by Peter Gyllenhammar. Jan is also Chairman of Densitron Technologies plc and 21^st Century Technology Plc and a Non-executive Director of Dawson International plc, Pittards plc, Bilderton Limited, The Union Discount Company of London Limited and Johnson and Starley Limited.
