Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP")
Chapelthorpe plc operates a DRIP. This offers shareholders the opportunity to reinvest their cash dividends in the purchase of additional ordinary shares in Chapelthorpe plc at competitive dealing rates.
Shareholders wishing to participate in the DRIP should contact the registrar either by post at the address shown above, or by telephone on 0870 702 0000, see www.investorcentre.co.uk/contactus for contact details. Shareholders will need to quote their shareholder reference number (which can be found on dividend vouchers or share certificates) and confirm that their enquiry relates to the DRIP operated by Chapelthorpe plc. The registrar will then send the shareholder a personalised DRIP mandate form for authorisation and return, together with an explanatory booklet that includes the terms and conditions under which the DRIP is operated. Shareholders are advised to read these terms and conditions before they elect to participate in the DRIP.
Once shareholders elect to participate in the DRIP their election remains valid for all future dividends unless or until revoked.
Shareholders wishing to terminate their participation in the DRIP, and return to the receipt of a cash dividend, should submit their request in writing to the registrar at the address shown above.
The last date for receipt by the registrar of a completed mandate form in order to join the DRIP, or for receipt of an instruction to cancel participation in the DRIP, in respect of the next dividend payable, is printed in the Annual Report and Accounts and Interim Report that is issued to shareholders.
